Personality: A well-built and friendly dog, Roux seems to be happy to fit in wherever she can among the myrid of animals and people at Shock Therapy Stables. She's got one of the gentle, curious personalities that few can find fault with, and even the more guarded dogs seem to accept her as their friend or at the very least go about their business like she's not there; we've even spotted her sleeping on the same porch as Riddick, our old and somewhat cantankerous Dogo Argentino. Roux is definitely a people's dog though, through and through, and has a strong instinct to please and an excellent enthusiasm for work. She's taken quite well to herding the goats and sheep, and will even try to nudge the barnyard cats into formation sometimes (they don't appreciate it). Her excitement does get the better of her sometime and when riled up she can be quite a barker, especially if she can get another dog to join in with her - not aggressive barking, just very exuberant. However we're working on teaching her that quietness is the way to go and she seems to be learning slowly but surely, and is in training to be a therapy dog; she is very gentle with children and they love to pet her long fur.
