Personality: King definitely lives up to name. Like his father and grandfather, he has a very strong drive and sense of determination - he'll move heaven and earth to get what he wants, when he wants it. He is very assertive and won't hesitate to try and put other dogs in their place, or even people if he doesn't know them well. Though he can be very stubborn and 'lock-down' if he doesn't like his trainer, with a lot of patience and firm handling he's gotten to view some of our staff as his leaders, and is turning into a remarkably strong Schutzhund dog. He and his uncle Judas seem to get along fairly well and often wrestle together after their training sessions - the two big shepherds can practically start a riot with their mock-fights.

Personality: Sang is a quiet dog, but don't mistake that for shyness - he's a very smart, cool-headed boy and knows how to hang back and observe things instead of rushing in to the middle. It can take a bit of coaxing to get him to cooperate and actually work, but once he's up and going he is a lovely example of the classic working German Shepherd. He seems to have a natural presence in the field and is an excellent herder, always able to know when and where he should be focusing. He's pretty mellow and seems to not really want much to do with other dogs, but he'll accept treats and pets from people if he decides he wants them enough. Most of the time he likes to just lounge on benches or hay bales and observe the world around him.
